Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Most Canadian orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders. Eligibility and thresholds are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience.
